The Mk 8 batch mixer is designed for uniformly blending dry particulates within 2 to 3 minutes. Like all Rollo-Mixers, the Mk 8 batch mixer creates rivers of material which gently divide and combine the batch approximately 25 times per revolution, resulting in a quick, gentle, homogeneous blend. The Mk 8 to gently combines multiple and low inclusion ingredient batches in 3 minutes, while discharging the batch in seconds. This is 40% faster than other tumble type mixers which create one division per revolution and blend for 20 minutes.
