Low Percentage of Active Ingredient Dispersed Accurately
A customer applies oils to fine powders to thoroughly de-dust the powder. Because of the ability to spray the oil directly onto the free falling powder, this customer is able to reduce the amount of dust suppressant by 50% and still maintain a dust free-uniform product.
Customer’s comment: “We save $6.00 per ton in liquid raw materiel costs. Our annual production is 10,000 tons per year, resulting in a $60,000 savings.”
