De-Dusting Powders and Granules

The Rollo-Mixer is excellent for de-dusting powders or granules. We have decades of experience de-dusting kitty litter, animal pre-mixes, clay powders, carbon black, and many dusty powders in Free-Fall. As the batch is being blended, a chosen dust suppressant is sprayed onto the free falling curtain of material, which tacks the airborne dust back onto the product. In a small time, the product is de-dusted and the Rollo-Mixer discharges a dust free product.
