Free-Fall Processing ®
The Continental Rollo-Mixer ® Rotary Drum Blender creates a unique “Free-Falling” curtain of material which exposes the surface area of the individual particles. Liquid additives are spayed directly into the free falling particles, creating a uniform dispersion of liquid throughout the entire batch of powders or granular.
Unique Coating Technology allows for on-line process visibility. Creates even dispersions of liquid droplets onto dry particulates without over-formulating. Expensive liquids applied accurately, result in significant raw materiel savings for our customers.
