Award Winning Coating Technology
The Continental Rollo-Mixer ® creates a unique “Free-Falling” curtain of material which exposes the surface area of the individual particles. Liquid additives are spayed directly into the free falling particles, creating a uniform dispersion of liquid throughout the entire batch of powders or granular.
Unique Coating Technology allows for on-line process visibility. Creates even dispersions of liquid droplets onto dry particulates without over-formulating. Expensive liquids applied accurately, result in significant raw materiel savings for our customers.
Bill Callaghan presented at the IBA conference and was the recipient of the 2005 Neil Rice Award for his paper and presentation on “Exploring the Versatility of Free-Fall Processing.”
