We will not put our supplement powders through another machine. Our Dry Blends are just right on in the Rollo-Mixer.

We blend 10 international units of a vitamin into hundreds of pounds and still pass label claim. None of the other mixer we have worked with will do that…. V or cone blenders will NOT do that….especially, ribbon blenders cannot do that.

We operate a Continental Rollo-Mixer Mark VI that uses ‘free fall processing’. This process applies liquid uniformly onto the entire surface area of granule particulates in free fall. We routinely produce products that contain two A I's. One product contains 0.26% active of one A I and 0.13% of the other A I . First pass QC quality with 5 - 7 minutes blending and superior uniformity. The mixer and controls are Operator friendly. S.S. construction and multiple access plates contribute to a quick and thorough clean out of the equipment.

We have several new products we want to produce that require encapsulation of two small element powders to a main ingredient. We need the uniformity claimed by your process. It cannot quite be achieved in a ribbon mixer.

If you are just looking to use it as a blending device, all the work I have done with the Continental mixers indicate that it is an excellent blending unit. The mixers in Cottage Grove are used to blend multiple powders with different densities and particle sizes, into an evenly blended mixture. Due to the requirement of well blended material for that process, the Continental mixer was chosen above all other mixers tested.

When we saw the test results from our blend trials, it was an OMG moment!
